 *4. WHAT DOCUMENT DOES THE MONTFORT HAVE?* 

Deed of Assignment and Registered Survey.

 *5. ARE THERE ANY ENCUMBRANCES ON THE LAND?* 

We are proud to say that the estate is free from every government known acquisition, interest or adverse claimants.

 *6. WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE MONTFORT?*

The Montfort is a sizable estate which will host less than 40 families.

 *7. WHAT IS THE PLOT SIZE IN THE MONTFORT?*

Plots are available in two sizes; 300sqm and 500sqm.

 *11. WHAT IS THE TERM OF PAYMENT OF THE ABOVE?* 

The survey, legal and infrastructure fees are payable alongside the purchase price. However, there is an approved extension of three months to clear up the fees after completion of purchase price.

 *12. WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT AMOUNT FOR A PLOT & WHAT DOCUMENT IS GIVEN?* 

*a.* The initial deposit required is N500K while balance is spread according to the duration chosen.

*b.* A starter kit is given which includes; Purchase Invoice, Receipt[s] of payment [s], Acknowledgment Letter, Deed of Contract and other gifts.

 *13. AFTER COMPLETION OF ALL PAYMENTS, WHAT NEXT?* 

Letter of Allocation, Physical allocation on site, Handover Letter, Registered Survey and Deed of Assignment will all be given and each Subscriber may commence activity on their land.
