Commercial Real Estate 104-Land Banking

What is Land Banking and Why Should You Be Doing It?

Land-banking is aggregating parcels of land for future sales or development : To buy a property, keep and flip it for a profit as soon as possible.
To buy a property and create a dependable source of passive income.
Both strategies are completely legitimate, time-tested methods that have created a lot of wealth for a lot of people in real estate. However, of all the various ways that people pursue real estate investing, one of the most overlooked and underused strategies I know of is a buy-and-hold technique known as “Land banking”

The name implies almost exactly what it is. Rather than putting cash into a savings account (where it will earn a maximum of 1% interest every year) or the stock market (which has become increasingly unpredictable in recent years), wise entrepreneurs have taken an alternative approach by acquiring LAND and in doing so, they have chosen to park their cash in a tangible, fixed asset – one that cannot be broken, stolen or destroyed.

How many of you would agree with me that after the “pandemic” there would be huge inflation and the money in the bank would loose some value?

The only place your money can’t and won’t loose its value is Land-banking, They are lands available for sale from N850k, N1.5m, N2.5m, N3m, N3.5m, 8m, N13m, N15m, N23.5m & N30m...
